At the 2021 AGM for Prairie Women on Snowmobiles, an extensive discussion was held about the future of the organization. Since 2014 it has become harder to fill the rider positions, as well as the positions for the executive. In 2016 the length of the ride was shortened hoping that would help and in 2018 the number of riders required was also lowered.
