Staying close to home this holiday season?
Adventure Destinations International sponsored our first month’s Membership Giveaway Prize (to learn more about our monthly member prizes click here), and now they’re extending an offer for both a Christmas and a New Years’ get away. They’ve asked that we share the following information:
Where it is
Thompson’s Resort is located in Missinipe (45 minutes North of La Ronge) and would love to hose you over the holidays. They’re currently offering two 3-night stays for their guests; one over Christmas (Dec.24-26) and the other for New Years’ (Dec.31-Jan.2).

Free of Charge
Nightly bonfires, s’mores, tobogganing hills, hikes, ice-skating, and ice fishing. And maybe you’ll even catch a glimpse of the Northern lights!
Added Adventure (*additional fees)
Snowmobiles and Snowshoe rentals or Guided Sled Tours to Nistowiak Falls!
Food & Drink
Restaurants will be open for cabin delivery! On Christmas Eve, enjoy hot pizza and salad, heat and serve turkey dinner on Christmas Day, and a bake and serve Boxing Day breakfast casserole. Their New Years’ menu includes a NYE charcuterie board and pizza and salad available New Years’ Day. All of their cabins are equipped with kitchenettes for guests to prepare meals.
Package Prices
Accommodations start at $468 for a 3-night stay in their Lakeshore Suites (double occupancy). Larger group cabins are available at the Holiday Special Rate (20% off a 3-night stay). Guests must follow current Government of Saskatchewan COVID protocols.
